1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed on www.inesetmarechal.com.

2. Custom-Made Products

All garments are made to order.

No Right of Withdrawal – Under French law (Article L221-28), custom-made products cannot be returned for personal convenience.

Legal Guarantees – Clients benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Natural Characteristics – Variations in skins (texture, curls, mineral marks) are not defects.

3. Orders

• Store available 24/7
• Orders processed on business days
• Confirmation email sent
• Orders may be refused only for legitimate reasons

4. Production Time

Estimated production time: 2 to 3 weeks.

5. Shipping

• Free shipping
• No PO boxes
• Risk transfers upon delivery

6. Non-Conforming or Incorrect Products

If defective or incorrect:

• Contact within 48h
• Return costs covered
• Parcel may be refused only in case of visible damage, incorrect product, or manifest non-conformity

Protection clause – Any unjustified refusal — change of mind, personal convenience, refusal to pay customs duties — does not entitle the client to any refund. Custom-made products cannot be returned for personal convenience under any circumstances.

7. Prices & Payment

• Prices in EUR, VAT included
• Immediate payment
• Secure transactions
• No storage of card data

8. Refunds

If production is impossible: refund within 14 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content is the exclusive property of Inès & Maréchal.
