1. No right of withdrawal

Custom-made pieces cannot be returned.

2. Non-conformity or error

Returns are accepted in case of:

• proven defect
• incorrect product
• damage caused during transport

3. Procedure

• Contact us within 48h
• Photos of the product
• Return costs covered
• Replacement or refund, as applicable

4. Exclusions

• Natural variations in skins
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use
• Refusal of the parcel without legitimate reason (no refund)
